Keep RVSD Schools Open
Measure H ensures our neighborhood schools stay locally funded, locally run, and open.
A Vote Yes Keeps Neighborhood Schools Open — and locally run.
If Measure H does not pass, the district will be forced to make
significant budget cuts that will forever change our schools, and our community.
Potential cuts include:
Ross Valley Schools
RVSD receives the lowest per pupil state funding in Marin county — ranking in the bottom 4% statewide (959th out of 995 districts) — yet, RVSD students consistently outperform county and state averages across every subject. This is because the parcel tax supplements the district needs.
Measure H
at a Glance
Measure H is a renewal of the soon expiring parcel tax with a supplemental increase to meet the needs of the schools. It's the first increase since 2012 outside of inflation adjusted increases.
Ballots will be mailed to all registered voters around May 4th. Return by June 2nd, 2026 by mail or at any official drop-off location.
Our community speaks up
RVSD's award winning schools need the stability of renewed local funding for their core academic programs and excellent teaching staff. Measure H benefits our children, educators, and the Ross Valley community.
I may not be a parent in the district, but I am deeply invested in this community. As a small business owner and Sleepy Hollow resident, I know our schools are part of the heart of Ross Valley. They shape the community we live in, the connections we share, and the future we are building together. Measure H is about protecting that — and that is why I support it.
I've lived in San Anselmo for many years and our schools are the heart of this community. We must continue 30 years of supporting elementary education which has resulted in our vibrant towns of San Anselmo & Fairfax full of young families!
